"If you are a folk music fan of the laid back, easy variety, Terence Martin is the best in the field. He is like no other,
but has melodies and words that are seen also in some of Chris Smither's and Greg Brown's works. Martin is a singer who wastes no songs, you will like all the cuts on his albums.
His latest work, SLEEPER, is likewise among the best folk cd's in my collection. Give us more, Terence. You make it, and I
will assure you, I will buy it."
A Fine Work

"Waterproof is yet another fine piece of work from Terence Martin. I enjoy all of his CD's and I believe he has the musical credentials and writing ability to back it up. I generally don't lend credence to negative anonymous letters and reviews because I feel if you can't give your name along with your opinion, whether pro or con, it detracts from it's validity. But to each his/her own. Heck, even Dylan has been booed and trashed for his work, eh. All I can say is listen to the samples and visit his web-site and decide for yourself. If your not pleased you can always resell it here on Amazon. I play a bit of guitar myself and if it helps to clarify my taste and opinion some of my favorite artists are Bob Dylan, James Taylor, Springsteen, Mellencamp, John Gorka, Richard Shindell, Dave Carter, David Olney, Townes Van Zandt, Steve Goodman, John Prine, Jack Hardy, Gillian Welch, Cheryl Wheeler and many others in the folk/pop/americana & roots music genres."
