"Tenn Ernie Ford's recorded legacy has not been well served by Capitol Records, except for his early hits and his gospel sides. The man had a long career and maintained a high standard of quality. This collection has some hard-to-find cuts, mostly country-derived, and while shoddily packaged will have to do until someone properly re-issues his work with care and love it deserves."

"Tennessee Ernie Ford is still one of the best. I just

finished reading a book about him and it was such a

great story that I just had to find some of his music.

Needless to say the vinyl 78's are gone but the music

is still aroumd!!"
