"Starting in 1983 as Scared Straight, they were just 5 guys out of Simi Valley, California. Around 1993 or so, they changed their name to Ten Foot Pole, because they didn't want to be known as Straight Edge. (there is nothing wrong with sXe, you guys rock!) Featuring their first CD in 1994, Rev, these 5 guys pull out some great punk. But four of the guys weren't happy. Since the lead singer, Scott, is the pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers, his baseball got in the way of his music career. The group had to let him go. Don't worry, you can still hear Scott as the lead singer to Pulley. But still keeping the punk rock edge, the four guys rock away with 13 excellent songs. Go and buy it! Right now!"
This cd rocks

"Juxtaposing amazingly fast drum beats with worked out melodies Ten foot pole have produced a masterpiece in its own coffee break. In my opinion "Its not me", "Pride and Shame" and "A.D.D." constitute some of the best punk around. Why gravel your path when you can do it with style? Buy it and give a decent band some money."
Ten Foot Pole Kix @$$!!

"Now this is some GOOD Punk. Their singer doesnt have an annoying raspy voice like some punk bands and they have an awsome drummer. I heard of them fromm a.d.d. off of "Punk O Rama 3" also their song on 1 and 2. This is a must get!"
