"If you like your rock music with a definitive 70's flavor and some prog rock leanings , then you'll probably not find a better group than Tasavallan Presidentti. A group from Finland which really grows on you with every listen and which only produced 4 albums, this being their very first. You will hear traces of Cream and maybe a bit of Traffic mixed with early Soft Machine and some european folk. And though these reference may bring to mind the word 'dated' that is not the case at all with Tasavallan. There is a sort of freshness to this recordings difficult to translate into words. Give a try to their 3rd and 4th album too. They are even better!!"
