I saw her on "Born" on VH1 and wasn't interested in purchasing her secular album, but when I heard that she was coming out with another gospel album, I was so excited to get it. Well, now that I have it, I'm disappointed. She still has her beautiful, however I feel like she's over singing on all the songs, I don't know if it's to make up for her secular album. Beyond the darkness is missing something...I'm not 100% sure what it is. I've listened to this album once and don't think it will be listened to again. But one thing I do like about this album is that she's giving all praises to God!! However musically something is missing."
