"Another one of my All-Time favorite 80's lp's!!! I totally drove my family crazy with this one! I played this Lp several times a day in 1985!! I knew Taka was Chaka Khan's sister and that Taka had sang with a later version of the Undisputed Truth, and had released two solo lp's before this one, but it wasn't until 1985 that I really heard her strong voice and saw the video to 'Middle of the night' and fell so in LOVE with this song!!! I brought the cassette, 45, 12", Lp and later the cd! talk about an obsession! :) I was so disappointed when this lp didn't do well, as a single 'Middle of the night' did manage to hit #63 on the R&B charts but the second single 'Climate For Love' didn't chart, this Lp got some promotion and air-play in my area but then nothing! This was a solid set from Taka and I still love every song on this! It came out on cd as a Germany import and was very hard to find, now it has been re-issued again with a bonus track 'Love Party' from her second lp 'Boomerang'."
