Album Description
Systematic's 2001 debut album Somewhere In Between raised eyebrows throughout the world of hard rock both for its crushing guitar riffs and its focus on songcraft. Now having further honed their chops on tours with Staind, Linkin Park and Godsmack, among others, this San Francisco bay area quartet returns with their 2003 album. Best Rock CD!!

"These guys are the best band I've listened to ever! I've seen them in concert also and they rock the house! I recommend buying this cd along tih the first album "Somewhere in Between""
While not as strong as the debut, still very good

"Systematic's debut was a thing of brilliance. The follow-up, Pleasure to Burn, is still very strong, though not as brilliant. It has some standout tracks on it. "Pleasure to Burn", "Shine", and "Change" are all great metal songs. "Leaving Only Scars" sounds kinda like an early 90s Alice In Chains type song, and "Infected" is very developed. This album is strong, which is nice, proving that Systematic still are a great band. It is an indicator of potential greatness. If they just take one more step, they will break huge."
Get This Now!!!!

"This album equally matches the greatness of Systematic's debut album Somewhere In Between. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole album and not one song screams skip me. Definately a better mixture of melodies and powerful riffs, which makes for a great listen that is hardly ever boring. All tracks hold their own as great songs and everything is put together well. This band deserves everything they get and so much more. So if you like rock and you like it real and not linkin park style, then get this album now, you won't regret it! Also get their debut if you haven't already!"
