My current favorite sing-along, lift-me-up, make-me-think CD

"SWITR sing complex, rhythmic songs of passion, change and hope. And, in my opinion, this is their best. Every song is a winner. This is the one I grab when I'm not sure what I want to hear, and then I find myself just hitting the repeat key on the player. With the current research showing that complex music played for toddlers increases ultimate brain function, this will be a first birthday present for my grandson."

"I first discovered Sweet Honey in the Rock when I was in High Shool, and heard their "Beattitudes" during a special on Martin Luther King Jr. I knew then that I wanted to hear more. This is one of my favorite CD's , and belongs in the collection of anyone that cares about music that matters both lyrically and spiritiually. I've never had a chance to hear them perform live, but the moment I get the opportunity I will be there!"

"Sweet Honey in the Rock is a group you should see live at least once in your lifetime. Isn't great that we have albums, cassettes, and CDs in the last century? Now the beautiful, powerful music of this group will be around for as long as humans and their CD players are around."
