CD Reviews
Fantastic solo effort by ex-Baby Animals vocalist

"I took a risk by purchasing this album. I have both of the Baby Animals CDs, and I loved both of them. I have been hoping for a long time that another Baby Animals album would be forthcoming, but when that didn't happen, I was pleased to see that Suze De Marchi put out her own solo effort. "Telelove" is fantastic -- very unique songs, with very diverse arrangements. De Marchi's voice is very sexy and compelling. A MUST for any Baby Animals fan."
Suze & Nuno Sittin' In a Tree...

"I bought this album on a leap of faith. I am a huge Nuno Bettencourt Fan (Extreme and Mourning Widows), and when I was ordering his two Mourning Widows albums (which I highly recommend) up popped a recommendation for Suze DeMarchi, his wife. A review stated that Nuno was involved in the composition/performance of the album. When I listened to it, I was blown away because it was something so different from Nuno's Mourning Widows, yet I could still "hear" him. The album is a testament to collaboration. The combination of her beautiful voice and lyrics and his mastery of composition works very well. The album is solid. In Open Windows, Telelove, Colour of Love and Submarine, Nuno had a hand in composing/performing, while the rest are all Suze and Company. This is NOT a guitar album. This album grabs you with its harmonies and changes, its ups and downs. Don't hesitate."
SUZE OPENED WINDOWS TO ANOTHER ERA

"She's definitelly changed completelly. This is no Baby Animals sound. Well, maybe a bit, since Suze can't make it otherwise than excellent... She's grown, definitelly. She is a mature woman with completely different thoughts than in the Baby Animals days. Her songs are about things in life she had to face and she's done them brilliantly. You just have to hear it to know it. But if you know Suze, you have no trouble imagining her skills. Otherwise... What are you waiting for?! Click that button and buy this extremely good CD. It's also a must for Nuno Bettencourt fans since he's playing guitar and doing one hell of a job at it. Enjoy, people!!!"
LONG-AWAITED

"I wasn't thrilled with it the first time I played it because I was hoping for/expecting another Baby Animals record. This isn't a Baby Animals record. But the more I listen to it the more I love it!. It really does get better with each new listening. Crafty songs, some lush arrangements here and there, and DeMarchi's beautiful vocals. I am VERY glad I found this CD. Definitely worth having!"

"This album is incredible to listen to! It's brilliant! It's the best album that I've bought all year!My favourite tracks are "Open Windows", "Karma", "Satellite", "Telelove" and "Trapped In Amber".There's a nice combination of rock and pop. The assistence of Nuno Bettencourt (formerly of Extreme and Suze's husband) as a songwriter, producer and guitarist really helps too."
