"I recently saw Fishbone in NY and was taken by the "new" members, guitarist Spacey T and drummer John Steward. Suprisingly I had heard Spacey T's work before and was'nt aware. I went looking for some of John Steward's old work and Voila! I'm sad I missed him with Super 8, but am so glad he's with Fishbone now. Bronx Style Bob's voice puts me in mind of Lenny but with a lot more. This band was very tight, it's a shame they couldnt go on to do more. A definate gem in my CD collection."

"Bronx style bob is a very good soul singer. I can't believe how they mix the rock soul and funk so well. And the production on this album is very good. This is an album to own!"
An unknown wonder

"I bought this super 8 album six and a half years ago and it is still one of my all time favorites. The album is filled with a rough yet refined sound and strong lyrics. It is one of those albums you can easily listen to all the way through again and again. I have to believe if the band did not split up shortly after the release of this album, they would have been huge. If you want a great album that none of your friends are going to likely have, that will make them think you have a great skill at finding amazing unknown talent - this is the album to buy and show them. Enjoy it!"
Worth every penny.

"This group was a real find. The more I listened to it the better it became. They rock hard and they also display a lot of soul in their music. The singer has an excellent voice and the rythm section is fantastic. The songwriting is intelligent and introspective. Their sound ranges from hard rock to soul to alternative to funk and they mesh it all together seamlessly. Too bad they're not together anymore, they displayed so much talent on this CD. If you like rock and soul music mixed together in one band, this is a good one to get."
