"It is difficult for me to figure out where I file this album in my music collection. It sounds nothing like any jazz or new music I have ever heard yet it sparkles (like ball lightning) with the inventiveness of free jazz. It is not similar in structure to John Cage's percussive pieces and it definitely will not qualify as noise. So, I let it drift around the stacks. It is the most autonomous piece in my 800+ collection. Norio Fukushi is a woman, no, an incredible sentient being, that I would like to meet. Her skill in pulling together sound events while simultaneously allowing them to relax and tell about their own characters, both independent and combined, is something I have never experienced before. Highly recommended to the sonic adventurer."
