Wonderful Musicianship

"The amazing technical ability of these 3 artists is combined with superb ensemble skills. They listen to each other as well as any Jazz trio I've ever heard, the same kind of ability that made the Mel Torme/George Shearing collaborations stand out. Well engineered, this album thrills the ear from beginning to end. Their rendition of A Night in Tunisia breathes new life into that old standard, and never has a trio done it better. The haunting Bella Vista is irresistable; I listened to it over and over and over. All in all, this is an awesome recording."
Nice Sound

"The trio sound is great. If you have the cd, put it in and listen to the changes on track #3 . . . very nice. If you don't have the cd- get it."

"I bought this CD after a Guitar Islancio/Sylvain Luc concert and it one of my favourite cds. My friend bought the Sylvain Luc - Birele lagrene Duet CD which is also fantastic. If you're a fan of instrumental jazz then this one is guaranteed to please."
