At once adventurous and elegant, this recording spans a breadth of styles, incorporating flutes, violin, bouzouki and percussion. With a hand-picked selection of musicians from Latin America, the Middle East and the US, this work celebrates a colorful cultural diversity, music that S&F have pioneered since 1979. When I play Rio De Colores it reminds me of Americas, I can play it begining to end and enjoy every piece of it. It is very refreshing and pleasant, some of the pieces have a middle eastern flavor some have south american.
