"This album is SOOOO funny and awesome, but it has some duds. I'll rate em individually.
Trogdor:
by: Strong Bad: 10/10:
Probably the most anticipated song her. its extended with an awesome dualing guitar solo.
The System is Down:
by: Strong Bad: 9/10:
can get annoying, but there's a good part at the end
Strong Badia National Anthem:
by: Strong Bad feat. Mrs. Partsmatter's 1st grade class: 8/10:
I would rate higher, but the 1st grade class gets on my nerves. But this version is funnier so.......
Oh Yeah Yeah (Punk Rock Version):
by: Marzipan: 5/10:
Oh.... Problematic
Because It's Midnight:
by: Limozeen: 12/10:
Oh yeah! The best thing on the album. It's amazing how the same guy can such a wide range from Limozeen to Taranchula to the Kinda Long-Haired Band! Anyway, this song sounds almost exactly like an eighties song! An AWESOME eighties song! It's got the memerable chorus, overdriven guitar/synth solo, EVERYTHING!
Circles:
by: The Kinda Long-Haired Band: 10/10:
Another hit! It's extended w/ a more acoustic feel. Theres a mellow solo leading to Strong Bad getting into it. Beautiful!
Let's Get Started on Doing All Those Awesome Things I Suggested: by: Strong Bad: 7/10:
It's all talking. As soon as the song gets started, the tape literally dies. But it's funny how after the tape dies, it goes right into death metal in a second, even though I don't think that was their intention.
Moving Very Slowly:
by: Taranchula: 8/10:
First of all, I HATE death metal, but for some reason I'mattracted to it. Maybe its the awesome solo...
Sweet Cuppin' Cakes Theme Song:
by: The Cast of Sweet Cuppin' Cakes: 7/10:
Another dud. It's WAY too off beat. It would be alright if it was kinda off beat, but they just tried too hard.
I Think I Have a Chance With This Guy:
by: What's-Her-Face: 5/10:
Yet another dud. The song is just What's-Her-Face saying "I think I have a chance with this guy" over and over again to a crummy dance beat.
It Was Like It was meant to Be:
by: Strong Bad: 9/10:
Nobody else I know likes this song as much as I do, but I think it's pretty nice and mellow. Reminds me of Journey vaguely.
Nite Mamas:
by: Limozeen: 9/10
Not the best by Limozeen. The drumming and beat is kinda off. Also the verse is kinda mediocre. BUT it's got a great chorus and solo, so the good outweighs the bad
Sensitive to Bees:
by: Marzipan feat. Strong Bad & Homestar Runner: 9/10
without Strong Bad and Homestar, the song is still pretty good. but WITH Strong Bad's funny commentary and Homestar's blatant unawareness of what's going on, it becomes way better
You've Got an Ugly and Stupid Butt:
by: Strong Bad: 8/10
What's there to say? The beginning is fulla R&B and the end is fulla salsa. It's pretty funny.
These Peoples Try to Fade Me:
by: Coach Z: 9/10
HILARIOUS! Coach Z trying to rap is HILARIOUS!!!!
The Ladies in the Town All know my Name:
by: Strong Bad: 8/10
Even though it's wicked short, it's still got a psychedelic feel and a reference to Brianrietta
Theme from Dangeresque II
by: Strong Bad: 8/10
Very spy-like! Funny lyrics. good beat (celebrity pharmacist?)
Somebody Told Me (Now I Believe Them)
by: Strong Bad: 9/10
The best "Strong Bad Sings"-derived song here. This song is set to a blugrass rhythm, and I'm not a bluegrass fan either. But it's just so funny and strangely attractive...
The Cheat is Not Dead:
by: Strong Bad feat. Strong Sad and Strong Mad: 10/10
Definitely one of the best here! extended, Great tune. Hilarious lyrics. a choir?, and an upbeat gospel ending.
Everybody to the Limit (Live at West Reykjavik)
by: Strong Bad: 10/10
WAY better than the studio version. It's got extended lyrics and a synth's accompaniment (is that a word?!)
Secret Song
by: Homestar Runner: 10/10
I can't tell you. It's a secret!
OVERALL:
Strong Bad Sings and Other Type Hits:

Enjoy!

"Describing Homestar Runner and its cast of loony and anarchic characters is impossible. Suffice it to say that if you love the toon, you'll love the CD. It's got the expected favorites: "Trogdor," "The Cheat is not Dead," "The Theme from Dangeresque II," and a "live" version of "Everybody to the Limit." PLUS, the CD has a ton of new, original material featuring Strong Bad, Marzipan and Coach Z. (Very minor complaint: the well-known tunes have been re-recorded--they are not exactly what is heard in the toon).
Very funny, in the goofy, preening and egotistical way that is (deep down) the heart of every male human being."

"This is too much, man. StrongBad is a multifaceted performer--metal, pop, and more.
The man behind the mask has a tender side, too. "You've got an ugly (...) and you're stupid" will surely go down in love song history as a classic lyric.
I have to give props to "The Cheat is Not Dead;" a true standout.
RUN, don't walk, to Amazon.com to purchase this disk."
ROCKS!!!!!!!!
