Long time forerunners of the west coast emocore/DIY scene, Still Life have been releasing records since the early ?90s. Whether on various labels (Rhetoric, Ebullition, Greyday) or self-releasing under the moniker The Sunflower Tribe, Still Life have remained a staple in the punk and emo communities due to their unique art and expression-based ethic. 'Limitations, Boundaries, and Failures' features five re-recordings and rarities never previously released. From the crashing guitars of the opening track (written over 12 years ago) to the soft, folky rhythms of the last (written specifically for this EP), 'Limitations?' covers a lot of ground.
