"Seems that all the old guys like us from the eighties followed the same path and have remained nostalgically loyal to SLF. I was even at the same St. Paddie's show at Brixton (lost my glasses slamming, and had to ride the tubes home half blind ... scary) as the Kiwi and I'm from Honolulu. But do I recommend this album to the uninitiated? I think this is the best of the SLF albums to start a new collection with. All the best songs, and way more energy than the studio stuff. If you're ten years younger than me and you're into anything from Rancid to Pogues, this is the disc for you. HANX."
A great live album

"This is the only Stiff Little Fingers CD that I own. I've heard some of their studio stuff, and it's bland. However, live, this band is phenomenal.
There is a tremendous amount of energy - a little rock, a little reggae, and a splattering of punk. I used to own it on Vinyl, when it was first released. Today, as a thirty nine year old man, I still love it. There is a timeless quality to the music captured on this CD.
If you love good ol' rock music, with a hint of a refined garage band sound, this is a must.
