"So far, I have found this CD to be the best for relaxing. It can put you into a deep state of relaxation. Many of my clients have fallen or come close to falling asleep listening to this CD."
Over Exagerated

"I make a point of listening to all my tapes by myself, before using them with clients. I purchased this one based on all the excellent reviews, but in my experience it did not live up to my expectations. The music started out well enough, but way before it was over, I was wishing it was over. I found it too repetitive, and frankly not interesting enough. It did not take me into deeper states of relaxation. However if used by a massage therapist who is working on the body, it would no doubt be a much better experience."

"I play this cd and imagine myself laying on a blanket in a meadow; the sun is warm and a gentle breeze is rustling the leaves and the birds are singing. The music makes the imagery come very easily and seems to inspire slow, deep breathing. It is very peaceful. Beyond that, the music takes you to a place inside yourself where you experience your own emotions. It was a very strange and wonderful experience. Steven Halpern, you are a genius! Of course not all people are so responsive to music, but if you are I think you will like this cd. I don't get the full effect unless I am doing nothing but listening to the cd, so try that before you say it doesn't "work"."
Very Relaxing - listen to it while meditating or working

"This CD features very relaxing background music - for meditation, for sleeping - or even for working. I tend to tap my foot to most music, but with this CD I hardly notice the music - it's just a soothing background sound (but much more pleasant than "white noise"). It's unusual for me to find a CD that helps me work or meditate. If the music really does heal -then that's a plus (but I wouldn't buy it for that effect alone)."
