"The first track jumped off the CD player, grabbed me and never let go. Killer acoustic blues and folk, Texas style. Reminiscent of a young Ry Cooder, but he's his own man. Soulful singing, sweet picking, strong tunes. Plays a mean slide guitar and tosses some tasty mandolin as well. It even inspired a new song--cant ask more than that."
