"This show features some of the strongest voices ever to perform STARMANIA. It certainly features the cleanest orchestrations.Since it is one of the few recordings of STARMANIA done in a studio, the words of the songs are intelligible by English speakers with even minimal French skills.I teach Theatre and French in a high school and always do a Unit on STARMANIA/LES MISERABLE and MISS SAIGON with my second-year French students (all of these are by French composers) and my students unanimously perfer this recording to any of the others."

"I stumbled upon this musical when living in France and was blown away. The music is amazingly beautiful and the voices are incredible. There is such passion in the ballads, which is where this CD really shines. All of the slow songs remind me of smoky bars and sultry torch songs. Forget Phantom of the Opera, this is the true music of the night.Great, even if you don't speak French."
