"The california band Starflyer 59 has produced a box set entitled "Easy Come, Easy Go", and it does not disappoint. The set traces the history of one the best bands that is currently producing music today. It contains a best of disc and a disc with b- sides and live songs. For the true Starflyer fan the boxset will be a nice addition to their collection but to those who have never heard Starflyer well this will be quite an introduction. Starflyer started with the fuzzy wall of guitar sound on there first three albums with Silver, Gold, and Americana but explored a more pop sound on The Fashion Focus and Everybody Makes Mistakes. Perhaps the real gems are the eps that Starflyer released such as Fell in Love at 22 or She's the Queen. Starflyer has been essentially Jason Martin and his hushed vocals have been a perfect compliment to some amazing music that spans from 1994-2000. One would be asking why does a band release a boxset after only six years? Well this is no ordinary band and the boxset has a nice collection of some of their best work. The set also contains a very well written bio by j edward keyes that covers Starflyer 59's career. A great band is not content with it's established work but rather presses ahead to create new material. Starflyer will release "Leave here a Stranger" on 6-05-01 and in Starflyer fashion it will be a continued improvement. Buy this boxset and you will not be disappointed."

"For those who love the group Starflyer 59, this is a definite must-buy album. So help out Amazon and buy it already! For those who don't have any idea who this band is (a lot don't, sadly), this is a great way to try out this amazing band. Their music is the most original thing since the word "original" was invented. Plus, you get rare b-sides and live tracks!"
