"A trip to germany in 1982. A hill over looking wine country. Euro-bikers, tents, wine, and rain. I wake up in the mourning and hear this haunting, driving beat coming from the stage. I make my way up to the stage, i gotta get the name of this group. A German figures out what i want and i scrawl "Splif Oct funf funf funf funf" My friend says "thats 85555" So i find the record before i fly back to the US. It is one of my favorites. The first song alone is worth the price. OH? Whats it sound like? Euro-heavy-metal-pop-funk-ACDC-stoned-german-UB40ish. It sounds bloody great. So buy it, roll it, burn it, and enjoy it, before you can't get it anymore. PS. Don't forget to turn your volume dial up a bit more. Ah. That's better."
Neue Deutsche Welle att its best!
