Voodoo music recorded by Soul Jazz Records in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Voodoo is the sacred African-based religion of Haiti famous for its Hollywood-styled image of spirit-possession, sacrifices and walking dead. The music of Voodoo features intense, complex African drum rhythms alongside vocals. The CD comes with sleeve-notes, photos and a short film of the music recorded in Haiti. 2005.
