"On this Texas-bred band's second consecutive self titled disc, they prove that they are the fastest, heaviest, and nastiest band this side of the sun. This is trashy redneck speed-induced hardcore punk. They are as fucked up as fellow Texans Butthole Surfers used to be, can swing and boogie just as bad as ZZ Top, and are just as heavy as fellow Dallasites Pantera. Imagine Motorhead meets old Suicidal Tendencies, with as much redneck thrown in as possble, and you'd be halfway there. The disc starts off with "Turkey Leg" and shoots straight into "Screamer". Only one song on this CD is over two minutes, and 7 are one minute or less. There are 15 songs in 19 minutes. They waste no time. On "Pig Fucker" and "Ain't Fuckin Around" they sound so much like Motorhead should sound now, it's scary. They even reference "Ace of Spades" in the latter. "Get a Rope" carries a groove with the best of 'em, and "Move It Or Lose It" and "Come Down" have hints of being 80's-metal style anthems (which, in this case is a very, very good thing). Best lyric: "Teenage pussy is the greatest thing!", from "Teenage". Best song title "Double Clutchin' Finger Fuckin'". I love this CD. "these kids don't pull punches! Despite mind- numbing power riffs, the real power comes from the sensitive and sophisticated lyrics. When I got past the fist pumping and really started to listen for the message, I was blown away! 5 STARS!"
