"Sound of the World Presents: Beyond the Horizon is a two full-length CD music album of the best contemporary international music by 34 artists from 28 countries worldwide. Chosen by BBC DJ Charlie Gillett, who is responsible for music in the globally syndicated BBC World Service (which also consists of talk radio and news), these pieces range from remote Russian folk songs to Argentinean pop to a unique blend of guitar and trumpet from New Zealand.
