"This CD is incredible! I loved it!! It's about time I purchased a CD I could listen to start to finish! I can't explain it, but this music gets me going! It's original; it's funky; it's reminiscent of the early 1970's; it's bluesy; it's R&B; it's fun; it's sexy; it's everything we need!! The music is mind blowing in and of itself! Combine that with the strong, sexy vocals and lyrics that actually mean something, you can't miss! It's pretty much music for every type of listener! For sure we will be seeing Soulphood on the rise very soon!!"

"On the whole I've been pretty bored with music lately; everything sounds the same. The rock/funk blend of Soulphood definitely breaks the mold there. Listening to the whole CD, you can't say, "Oh, they sound just like [X]", because by the next song, they pull out something else, and it really works. Not many bands today have ventured into that territory, and even if they have, few do it as well as Soulphood. You can hear elements of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Bon Jovi, early Rush, Curtis Mayfield, and several others. The musicians are beyond talented individually, and their songs show an amazing tightness as a group. Lyrics and melodies are definitely catchy to the point that you WILL find yourself singing them in the car on the way to work.



"Liquid Dynamite" is a great album from a very talented band that deserves your attention. If you're on the hunt for something new, definitely check them out - you won't be disappointed!"
