"I bought this album when he first put it out & after I opened it, I couldn't stop listening to it! This was one of the five most realist Soulja Slim albums I've heard before! I knew that he would be better off without Master P & No Limit because they weren't even on the same raw & uncut level as Slim was! Oh yeah & this album sounds alot more without Silkk the Shocker or Master P's wake a#*es on it! Slim, my nigga I see ya! It's official now, forget No Limit because it's Cut Throat 4Life!"

"Hello, everyone SOULJA SLIM BKA James Tapp was the most underrated rapper in history, because he was never really part of anything like the award shows like VIBE SOURCE BET MTV or any other type of award show hits like I'LL PAY FOR IT should have a award for BEST SONG OF THE YEAR (2003) even though none of his CDs ever reached platinum status he delivered great music just like all the fellow New Orleans rapper (who I think is the best in the industry) talks about their struggle in growing up in the housing projects of the NO (which are the most deadly in our country) the rappers of NO LIMIT and CASH MONEY ( who were down south rivals at a time) are the heavyweights of the music industry when it comes to rap, SOULJA SLIM should be considered a legend, unlike Tupac ( the no.1 rapper of all-time) SOULJA SLIM should have awards for many of his hits like "From What I Was Told from the CD GIVE IT 2 EM RAW, and "Get cha' mind right" from the CD STREETS MADE ME, "I'll pay for it" from the Years Later CD and "Lov me or love not" from Years Later: A few months after CD each of his CDs should have sold at least a million copies if you with a independent label like NO LIMIT/PRIORITY records or CUTTHROAT COMITTY/KOCH records I feel sad knowing that a great rapper like SOULJA SLIM was cheated of success and most sadden cheated of his life, at least he will be remember by me and the whole state of ILLINOIS. RIP James Tapp BKA SOULJA SLIM September 9, 1977---November 26, 2003"

"yeah, soulja slim released this cd independently after he left no limit. He has some good songs on here, the best one being ill pay for it, that the song that got my attention. This cd is kind of rare because he relasesed this independently on cutthroat records. If your a big fan of soulja slim get this to make your collection complete because he has a record out called years later and a month with is the same album with more tracks relased nationaly."

"this album is a really good album. i never really listened to soulja slim except only once on the "i got the hook up" cd and it was his song "from what i was told" that i liked a lot. im more into production than the lyrics and the beats on this cd are really really hott. i hear that soulja slim and b.g.(original Hot Boy) are hookin to record an album together. now what happens when a real soulja and a real hot boy hook up on the same cd....i guess we gotta wait and see. this is a real good album."
