"Master P didn't know who he had at the time until it was to late for P to sign him to the label in 01'. I knew of Soulja before this album came out and so naturally I had to get this album. Soulja's songs were different from the No Limit roster it wasn't the same i'm a soulja line, he translated the streets in real time talk and didn't hold nothing back. When C-Murder and Mac appeared on this album it was bananas. You could have had an instant group.

"Soulja Slim has some of the purest lyrics I've ever heard, no one's voice sounds like his, and no one raps like him, Head Buster featuring Big Ed and Mr.Serv-On is the best cut on the album with several others close behind, if you like the dirty south music I suggest you cop Soulja Slim's Give it 2 'em Raw."
