"I remember how I was so excited when this soundtrack first came out- the show had introduced me to so many songs that I loved, yet hadn't been able to track down (pre-internet knowledge), so when I flung it into my stereo and pressed play, I was a little disappointed. No Chantal's "Before You", no Billie Myers kissing the rain, no Jann Arden singing about her "Good Mother", and definitely no Blink 182 telling the world "Dammit".But I listened anyway. I kept the disc in there, playing it whenever I was hanging around, and a funny thing happened- I loved it. Although there are some stand-out tracks, it was the general feel of the songs, and the way they were put together to make up the album, that really encapsulated the show for me. Now, whenever I want to remember those moments from the show, or want to feel the water at the end of the dock, the grass beneath my feet, and the craziness of emotions, I put this disc in and press play.My favorite songs became-"London Rain"- somehow works perfectly as both a vivid reminder of the scene it was played over in the show, and a personal memory of rainy days and hopeful hearts."Letting Go"- this song is just divine, I can't help but sing along to its mournful little chorus."Stay You"- an infectious, swinging, soulful song."Feels Like Home"- Chantal's music just seems like Creek stuff now; it has that whispery, summery, fresh quality to it."
Good soundtrack!

"When I heard that the Dawson's Creek soundtrack would be released, I got very excited. I love watching it, specially some characters like Pacey and I've never lost any episode!!! So, as soon as the CD arrived in my country, I bought it. I enjoyed it because there are some good songs, such "I don't want to wait", "Kiss me", "Life's a bitch". But I got a little disappointed because some other excellent songs are missing. Who can forget the episode when Joey and Dawson were dancing in the rain, by the song "Kiss the rain" by Billie Myers? I can't believe this pretty song isn't in the soundtrack. And this is only one example. "You get what you give", "Thubthumping", "Hands", and many others should also had been included. Anyway, I still liked the CD very much!"

"What a soundtrack! Whoever picked this selection should recieve an award! I hear you say, I don't think it deserves all this praise and, on first listening, you would be right to doubt the praise I bestow upon this CD! Okay, the Heather Nova track, London Rain is mesmerising as is the Sophie B hawkin's song. Some people are sick of the Paula COle song, not ME! Every time the chorus belts out I find myself singing along and getting all tingly. When I hear this song memories from the show rush through me, especially the ever twisting Dawson/Joey romance! The Curtis Stiger song, excellent! What I liked about this CD is that the songs mirror the shows theme perfectly, love and how it can hurt, bring joy and ultimately fill the hole everyone has in their life until it comes along. On the CD, is a good mix of rock, love, bitter-sweet love songs. All should twinge something in each listener as most of the lyrics I can relate to from my own personal experience! Buy this CD for easy listening or if your just a fan of the show cos it's excellent!"
This CD is the best CD I have ever gotten!!

"Dawson's Creek is the perfect CD for anyone who's ever had a bad day b/c of "Life's a B****" and it's the perfect CD for anyone who's ever been in love and for anyone who's ever broken up w/ someone who they really loved. My favorite songs are all of them, but I especially love "did you ever love somebody" and "cry ophelia" and "feels like home" or whatever number three is. Every night the beautiful songs put me to sleep. Every emotion is displayed on this CD. i've had this CD since it was released in the Spring and still listen to it everyday and the variety that it has doesn't make it boring. And as a viewer of the show (i'm so exited the show premier comes on tonite) it displays the show well! I hope ya'll will be watching tonite on the WB!"
