"The Epitaph debut from the group some girls, featuring members of the Locust, Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower, and Unbroken, is full of chaotic music and strange time signature changes all in the mere time of 25 minutes, and that's including the 9 minute closer "Deathface". That comes to a downfall, yes they're a grindband, but from a grindband you expect more than 13 songs at least 21 or up for maximum.
Another weakness is the monotonous guitar riffs, they all have the same sound in every song, but they just play them differently, but after awhile, you do begin to want a different sound to strum off.
The positive thing is the way the album melds together, it's catchy and heavy and a quick listen so you really never get bored with it, even though I said the guitar was repetitive, it was never boring. Another strongpoint are the satyrical looks on religion in their lyrics. They always have a intelligent look on religion but also construe (sp?) the lyrics to make them seem funny at the same time.
Favorite Tracks: "Beautiful Rune", "Hot Piss", "Totally Pregnant Teens", Marry Mortuary", "Retard and Feathered", "Deathface".
