"Wow, I would have expected more from the pumpkins on this one. Well, Billy's not the one who does all the remixes, so I've still got full faith in him. Track #1 (Vocal Mix) is even better than the original 1979. The last three, however, don't even sound like the song. They don't have the lyrics or remotely sound like anything familiar... you can't even dance to it! So, if you like paying 10+ bucks for one song, go for it. If not, get some other Pumpkins stuff!"
An excellent remix

"This disc is an excellent example of how to do a remix of an equally excellent song. The best one would have to be the Vocal Mix. The other songs may sound very little like the original 1979, but they retain just enough to make them worth the purchase. A must buy for any diehard Pumpkin fan."

"This cd is the most favorite techno cd ever. The remix cd consists of remix techno songs by such techno artists as the well known Moby. Although some of the songs do not sound like 1979 the samples are taken from the orignal song. This is what a true remix is. The songs on this cd are wonderfull and astonishing. Before listing to this cd I did not care for techno because I believed that techno was like dance music.. fast paced etc. This gave me a hint of what the real techno world was like and since then I now have around 20 techno cd's of various mixes/remixes and of course I still do listen to SP because the music is just as engenius."
