Best dang CD I ever heard!

"Ok, I could be exaggerating a bit...but if I have heard better, I can't easily remember when! Traces of Elvis are most definitely heard; along with Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, and Link Wray, spiced with a dash of Cramps, a taste of Ramones, and even a little of Motorhead's in-your-face energy, distilled into a sound that is so uniquely 'Slick Pelt'. The first track hits ya hard, then 'Cowboy Song' (my fave!) pulls you into an irresistible slow groove...the rest of the journey is equally enjoyable. (Credit here to the production, as well; the tracks are served up in perfect order!) This disc is just good through and through. (And yes, I'll admit I'm biased, but the reason I am is because they're SO fudgin' good! )"
Great damned Rock'n' Roll

"It freaks me out that this is such a great album and band and it's not on "PoP" radio. These guys are amazing and the songs are awesome. I'm not even a huge rockabilly fan, but good music cannot be denied or pigeon holed. It's sad that the album isn't as easily accesible as an N'sync album when it rocks so hard. Everyone can enjoy this album. I can't wait for more from these guys."
