"SKYWIND's freshman studio release "O2" is the forefront of a new direction in music and sound. It's not quite the modern rock of today because modern rock hasn't reached it yet. But SKYWIND has. "O2" and SKYWIND alike reminisce the essences of Metallica to Duran Duran to Pink Floyd to something you can't quite put your finger on... but you like it! In the winds of industry blasé faire SKYWIND drives in the storm. Once again it's possible to believe in something musical. Once again it's possible to close your eyes and lose yourself in the storm. "O2" is the embodiment of balance between true artistry and straight-up dirty rocking. Ride, baby, ride...Author's top track picks:
* O2 (title track)
* Circles in the Ground
* Inside Out"

"I first heard Skywind on mp3.com almost two years ago. The first song I heard was Deep Blu and let me tell you my jaw dropped when I first heard that song. It had everything that I loved in a good song. Cool beats to groove to and of course that uncontrollable tapping of your feet when you know you heard something awesome. I purchased O2 and have listened to it as if it where a bible of sorts. I have had the amazing chance of seeing them live and also hanging with the band. These guys are on their way to stardom. Often people ask me who they sound like. I honestly couldn't tell you who they sound like because I don't think there is any band out there that has the unique sounds that Skywind has. This cd is a must have in ANYONE'S collection.
SKYWIND OWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Finally something fresh

"Anyone who's a true rock fan is going to love this CD. From Circles in the Ground to Summertime it's just one great hit after another. These guys are sure to be a huge hit. Wally's unique voice leaves you wanting more; and from the sound of it there's a lot more to come."
