This 10-tracks album affirms Skox's identity throughout their influences and their Thrash (from the 80s to nowadays) inspirations. Skox wanted rough vocals, edgy guitars, a resounding bass guitar and fluid and massive drums to be wrapped into a catchy musicality. Hence, Skox has decided to make an album whose martial tones would convey the band's ambition through the metaphore of war. Years of Legions could then be seen as the battle they have been through to be where they are now. Entering the battlefield is therefore a way to announce the entry to force in order to defend the band's ambition. The beginning of Thrashstatik is an expression of the strong will to share the passion of Thrash. Engine of death claims a free fighting spirit. Each track is a battle. Living the killingfield is the last track and refers to the fact that despite the abrasions, the quintet is still standing to spread their passion for Thrash. The band has shared the bill with numerous different bands, the guitar player, Vince was endorsed by Dean Guitar, Dime Amplification and SIT. The season is thus looking pretty good first by featuring the volume 10 of Brazilian Imperative Music label makes on which you will also hear Kreator. But the climax, is the month of march witch remains Years of Legions to move forward, with more and more thrilling things to achieve in the future...
