More excellent work!

"Great guitars (four of them, including pedal steel, plus a banjo), fine production work, same deeply intellectual sense of humor, but different genre? Not exclusively. This CD features JH playing excellent country western with Frank Smith, which btw is a band--not a guy. (Here's hoping "A Beer And A Shot" makes it to the top of the cw charts!) But "Dogs" and "Kitten" are actually classic Juliana Hatfield signature rockers that sound like something off "Only Everything.""
Not Bad For 6 Songs

"This is a major departure for Hatfield, and out of 6 songs, there's only one (Kitten) that I find myself skipping from time to time -- those are good odds. I really like the way she integrated the country feel of the banjo and pedal steel with her fuzzed guitars. The overall tone and feel of the album is great, and my only complaint is that it's so short.
If you like Juliana Hatfield, you'll like this EP."
