"Sir Mix-A-Lot's 1992 album was a strong achievement for both music with an attitude and also the ability to pull rap style away from street grunt cop killing fanaticism and back into the front yard of fun. Lot's own biggest hit off this very record was "Baby got back" and who would have thought a song about that would have become such a cult classic. SMAL has the energy and wordsmith talent to hang with the best of them and this album is still a pinnacle in his career."

"Most people think "Baby Got Back" is the best song on this album, but i'm under the inpression it's one of the worst. Most the other songs have great flow, potent lyrics that are either wise or hilarious, and aren't halfway as annoying. I honestly bought this album for the song "Lcokjaw", which is probably my favorite song on the album. But all in all, a great alubm. I beleive it was money well spent."
