"Since October are a fairly new band. They released "This Is My Heart" in 2008, and many people, included me, have enjoyed the raw guitars, great vocals, and not to forget the amazing growls of the drummer. What about this album, you might think?
Well, they have come back with a really good Rock album. They have the "Rocking" songs, and the ballads. The album starts with "The Way You Move", a classic hard-rocking song definitely destined to become a fan-favourite. "Believe", "The Show", "Crying Shame" and "Made Up My Mind" will follow in the same vein. Now to the ballads, we have the Title Track, which is filled with emotion, "Sober Love" which is about a lost love, and "Life of Mine" talks about personal redemption.
This album is a pretty generic Rock album. These guys have brought nothing new to the table, but whenever I listen to their music, I hear something special, it might be the honesty in the lyrics, or the songs themselves.
I would recommend Tracks 1,2,3,7,8,10.
This album might not be anything new, but as I said Since October have got a special place in my heart. If you like listening to some nice Rock music, this is a good album to check out."

"I first learned about Since October when I heard their song "Disaster" which is from their 2008 album "This is my Heart." I liked the song so much that I bought the album. I enjoyed it so much that when I heard about their next album "Life, Scars, Apologies," I knew I would have to get it, so I did, and was not let down. I enjoyed this album more than "This is my Heart." In my opinion the best two songs on "Life, Scars, Apologies," are "Believe" and "The Way You Move." I would say this group sounds somewhat similar to the group "Skillet." Both groups offer great music!"
