Finnish brilliance

"Melodic metal and Finland seem to be the perfect mix these days and this CD is no exception. I bought it because I loved the cover art, and the clips sounded good on Amazon. The band features some acoustic guitar, piano and even violin on one track but these instruments do not dominate the mix. The melodic sound recalls my next favourite finnnish band To/Die/For but the 80's keyboard sound is replaced here with a more metal guitar sound. But still the melodic songwriting shines through, so if you are a To/Die/For fan you should love this. I eagerly await a follow up album from these guys. 10 tracks @ 47.49"

"More from Finland-Ville Valo must be proud!,Another H.I.M soundalike that pulls it off-Gothic Love-metal at it's best-Crimson leaf stands out as my favorite but "my rain"-is very catchy-more melodic romance from Finland these guys are more about love's lost then romance-if you like H.I.M -get this as well!"
