This woman could have very well taken the entire world by storm if she'd been able to sing and record in English language during her 1970's and 80's heyday. Just listening to some of her hit singles included here, such as, ME MUERO POR ESTAR CONTIGO, QUE PASA ENTRE LOS DOS, PALABRAS-PALABRAS, DOMINGO DE NOCHE, YO TE NECESITO, LA PLAYA and possibly, her finest vocal epic[moment] - DIOS COMO TE AMO, to mention merely a handful, leaves the listener believing SILVANA could easily have conquered the universe with her expressive, impassioned & wide ranging vocal instrument which easily interpreted folk, pop and rock smoothly. A career spanning multi-Cd Box Set is long overdue, as is a reissuing and remastering of her complete musical catalogue. "20 SECRETOS DE AMOR" is a mere representation of her immense talent and, yes, there were many, many more hit singles and key album tracks, as she was an "album artist" whose LPs spawned dozens of radio/chart hits. The 20 tracks here - musical diamonds, pearls, rubies, sapphires and emeralds - are a timeless testament to her vocal talents. A more comprehensive overview of her classic era is the double disc 40 track "SILVANA DI LORENZO - RCA:100 Anos De Musica" anniversary compilation which includes many more of her innovative and historic hit singles not included here - yet, "20 SECRETOS DE AMOR" is a MASTERPIECE Greatest Hits Collection!"
