According to their bio, "The Company Band" was formed in 2007 just after the well-publicised collapse of the music industry. CKY drummer Jess Margera and Fireball Ministry frontman James Rota II teamed up with a "rainmaker" called Dave Bone and somehow negiotiated the release of Clutch's Neil Fallon from prison. Jason Diamond was later recruited on Bass guitar and for the next several months the 5-piece traded heavily-encrypted WAV files from computers in New York City, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Los Angeles in order to create the mini-album titled "Sign Here, Here & Here". The PRP classified this album as being "An Instant Must-Buy"

"As a huge Clutch fan, I was very happy with this little teaser. Neil sounds as great as ever. The rest of the band is just as tight, which isn't surprising since they are all from respectable bands. If you like Clutch, you will like this album. It is similar to their more recent work, but has its own uniqueness about it, too. Looking forward to a full length album from these guys as this one only has 4 songs on it. MZ"
