"This is the only review you need. Why? Cuz I'm up on game. All these other people don't know anything about Sicx or SaCtown rap or California in general. How do I describe Sicx? Well, He was one of the best rappers out of Sacramento. His debut CD "Dead 4 Life" is hard, but his second album, "If Theze Wallz Could Tak" is even better. Sicx was a troubled individual, half white and half black, raised in the streets of Sacramento as a gang member, just like many others with low income families and a lack of identity. Sicx got in tight with other known Sacramento rappers, namely Brotha Lynch and X-Raided, and the Schwarzanigga clicc (COS, Tallcan, etc).
Basically this young locc was one of the best rappers out of Sacramento and possibly one of the best in California. Unfortunately, he never got any fame or glory, much like many of the best rappers in California. Instead, he developed beef with Mr. Doctor (the tightest in Sactown rap), and eventually got caught up in a heavy court case where he was convicted, and sentenced. I won't tell you the details of the case because it will take away from the power of his raps.
In conclusion, If These Walls Could Talk is one of the darkest, best produced, most banging rap CDs that you couuld ever own. The sicc mind of Sicx is something that cannot be duplicated by any other wannabe-siccmade rappers out there. This cat could flow, and with the best. Unfortunately he was REAL, which means that everything he rapped about, he actually did. So it was bound to catch up with him..
Let's fire one up for Sicx and celebrate this CD by purchasing it, even though he might never see a dollar in profit now that he is locked down in the pen. Many say that Sicx is now "persona non grata", an unwelcome person in their book. His crimes will probably validate this claim. However, as far as rap goes, not many CDs can rival this one, and I am proud to have it in my collection.

"I have nothing but praise for this album, and would recommend that anyone and everyone pick it up. I had been expantant when I purchased it, thinking that Sicx's style would be more like "Dead for Life" (a most deserving album, with a 5 star showing as well), but what I found was so much more. Were i albe to, I'd rate this higher than available "5" rating. In a style combining the sounds of an obvious horror genre root with most depictive lyrics, Sicx manages to forge ahead, showcasing his already apparent talents on song after song. Fish hooks, clips from Hellraiser 3, bodies missing parts, plus more personal moments involving feelings and talking to devils meshes into one of the finest showcases for talent that I've ever seen. With the melodies now keyed to a darker sound and Sicx aparently focused, the album seems more complete and more impactive. It needs you."

"Sicx's "If These Walls Could Talk" is an AWESOME disc; too good to be put into words. The tracks on this cd are very dark-sounding (not like his first album, "Dead 4 Life") and, of course, his subject matter is just as dark. This is definately not something you bump at a party for the ladies, rather, I suggest you listen to it alone, at night and in a dark room sippin' on a forty of Olde English. In my personal opinion, Sicx's duet with Loki on the track "On One" is phenomenal and captures so much emotion, the type of emotion that I know we all experienced before. All in all, a masterpiece."
