CD ReviewsShy has a very orignal 80's sound!Good stuff! Bass player Brad | NJ, Linden | 02/16/2005 (4 out of 5 stars) "This is the first shy album from 1983.Considering the production this album came across so well.It has it's own sound and does not copycat. This is a true 80's melodic metal album. Not heavy, just very well done metal with good keyboard use.
1.Deep Water(10/10)This track has great guitar use and keyboards sound great along with the singers well textured voice. He sings very high but very well smooth and crafted. 2.Take it all the Way(10/10)Another great track making nice use of the keyboard, the guitar solo is excellent. 3.Give me a chance(7/10)not a bad song, good vocals. 4.Think of Me(9/10)One heck of a great song. This song is the kind you blast on the radio in the middle of a mid 80's summer,I love it! 5.Tonight(8/10)Nice guitar work on this one.Very talented! 6.Chained by desire(9/10)A very melodic song that uses good keyboards and nice vocals. 7.Reflection(8/10)The ballad type song of the album.Nicely done by these first timers.(This is the kind of song to be played on a hot summer night also! 8.Once bitten,Twice Shy(7/10)A very good song keeps the album pace moving along. 9.All on You(8/10)Another ballad type song.Different from the other one.Sounds nice! If you like rare 80's albums that should have been bigger then buy this, you won't regret it.Ever metal collector should own this.I payed 15 bucks for it, well worth every cent and then some! Long Live a time of real music. The 1980's!" |
