CD ReviewsYes! It's Back! Mark Black | Phoenix, AZ | 09/07/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "Ooooh wheee! Fear Of A Mixed Planet is one of my all time favorite albums! Yes... I mean one of the top 5 in my collection of all times. I first ordered a copy directly from a Digital Underground web site, then it became out of stock. I managed to pick up a copy (after loaning my first one to someone) at a used store once... then lost that. I've been hunting ever since, hoping to find it... and much to my surprise this isn't JUST Fear Of A Mixed Planet, this is a BONUS EDITION released on the same record label that just put out the new Digital Underground CD. It's the same phat album I know and love, now with two hot bonus tracks. Thank you Shock G and thank you Jake Records for really making my day with this one!! The new cuts "Walkin" and "Your Sun Iza Pimp (Remix)" are both very cool. Walkin' is a fun track with Shock G once again playing with a megaphone in the studio, and the remix is a total flip-up of the Your Sun Iza Pimp song. The new beat is more clubby and driven. I happen to like the remix a lot, but never fear, the original version is still on the album as it ever was. This is a major find and I'm sooo glad it's out there once again. This really, really made my month!!"
