"By chance I did an Amazon.com search and came across this gem from my childhood. I must have listened to this thing a couple of thousand times when I was a kid. I believe I got this for my fifth birthday in1966. I still remember and can recite large portions of it. These are great old musical retellings of age old tales that I don't think children are taught anymore.
Shari and her cast of characters, Lamb Chop, Hush Puppy and Charley Horse present each story in their unique and charming way that entertains for hours from the first listen to the countless time I'm sure your children will relisten to them. This one, in my opinion, is a children's classic."
