"[...]. I love this genre and feel that Shane excels at it. The writing is excellent, the lyrics insightful, and there are plenty of hooks to bring in the listener, Amsterdam and Coffee Kiss being two good examples. Both are very memorable songs, as are various others on the album. I saw Shane perform live (solo) last week and was very impressed, and I plan to see him again next week. I own all his CD's and will definitely buy his next. And he's a very nice guy to top it all off. We'd only corresponded one or twice on MySpace, and he recognized me immediately when I entered the club, and was only too happy to autograph my CD's.
