"A live album usually sounds distorted and weak compared to a musician's identical studio recordings. Not in this case. Selena was not just a singer. She was a Performer. You know that when you hear the audience screaming her name and the announcer introducing the one and only Selena. Turn up the volume, boost the bass just a touch and prepare to join a live performance right in your living room. Selena is awesome on stage, where she comes alive and works the crowd into a frenzy. If you like her music or want to feel what it would have been like to be at one of her concerts, buy this album. You will not be disappointed. And don't be surprised if one day you take it along in your car and drive to work or play jamming to "La Carcacha"."
I thought that the CD was pure quality.

"Selena is the the true performer of the people. Her songs are fun and about everyday life. People from all ethnic backgrounds can appreciate her music. I thought all the song were great. I listen to them all the time. Even if you don't know what she's saying you can feel her music by the beat and the rythm. Selena was a great loss to latino music and EMI records. Buy this CD to keep the spirit of Selena alive."
A good way to listen to Selena "Live!"

"This is the CD she won the Grammy for. It`s very good. "Como La Flor/Baila Este Cumbia" is one of the best songs on there. Also, "Tu Robaste Mi Cordazon" is another good song. This is a good CD because it is live, it`s just Selena naturally performing, and she lets her fans interact."
Still my favorite Tejano CD

"I remember listening to this CD endlessly back during the summer of 1995 shortly after Selena's tragic death. I have listened to Selena's studio albums many times and couldn't believe how good this live recording was. Selena and her band exhibit a lot of energy throughout this record. After listening to a lot of Tejano since, I have to say that this effort by Selena and company is still my all time favorite in the tejano genre. Listening to _¿Qué Creías?_ and _Si la Quieres_ brings tears to my eyes because this great and talented lady's life was cut so short. I'm not surprised that this CD won a Grammy. Tejano music, for me, doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommended."
