"Ever since i heard my first Sandy song i was instantly captivated. His unique hip-hop persian style had just the right combination of authentic traditional Iranian instruments mixed with a new more contemporary sound.although, i do not speak farsi, my former boyfriend introduced me to this artist. we would drive around north dallas and listen to his whole track. Also, Sandy's slow songs will and do melt your heart. Although he records many fast up-beat songs, when he does record more mellow slow ones they are so very beautiful...they touch the very depth of your soul. his slow songs are the best ever!i highly recommend anyone who is a fan of persian music to listen to this artist...Sandy will inspire you."

"sandy has a very unique style, the singer shahram azar is a smart guy and he knows what he's doing in this industry. the song pari got many complaints but i think it is a good way of telling about the free-bees and prostitutes (jendeha) of iran"
