"Ahhhhhh...this was an extremely satisfying release from Instinct's This is Acid Jazz! series. While there are a few releases on this label that I don't care for, as they are a little TOO smooth for me, this was fortunately NOT one of them. Soundscape UK has joined forces with labelmate Gota and several other artists in the English acid jazz scene to produce a captivating album of traditional Cuban beats, modern (danceable) electronics, some cool horns and light, airy guitar. Beautiful music, especially for the summer (goes great with cocktails), yet not quite easy listening (which plagues many of the acid jazz albums out today). Kick back and relax....or shake a tailfeather....take your pick!"
