CD ReviewsBrilliant and daring... J. Keeler | Cursed Midwest | 06/03/2005 (4 out of 5 stars) "A concept album based on the worldwide hatred and intolerance of EVERYTHING Arab. Less poppy than any of the Shalabi Effect albums, this one is filled with electric guitars! I love it. The spoken word portions are a hurdle for me, one who wants his Shalabi sans vocal treatments, but are absolutely central to this recording. If more people would hear this album, I would be tempted to say that this recording is a ballsy move in this stifling climate of stunted and abused discourse. The points made, and the overall effect are very thought provoking. And the music is, of course light years beyond the drivvle that serves as "music" in this filthy time. Shalabi rules."
