An 11 song companion piece to his "Snowing In My Heart (which was originally intended to be a double record). For whatever reason, though, he decided on a single-disc release, and held on to the leftover material. Now, seven of those unreleased tracks and three reworkings of "Heart" tracks are available as "Ciphers From Snowing". And the music? Well, for the most part, if you can imagine Ray Davies backed by a poppier, less manic U2 you will get a real good idea of what's contained here.
