While it may be relatively easy to throw around such superlatives with much of Salif Keita's work, let me confess: I've not even heard the entire album yet! I am writing this simply based upon having listened to the opening track "Yamore" a few minutes back. A few times actually; like three times in a row. I don't care what the rest of the album sounds like. The first 7 minutes will make you feel what beauty sounds like."
